Creating a visual brand identity for the new kid on the block, where perceptions are challenged and foundations put in place.
ESTABLISHING A BRAND STORY THAT CHALLENGES INDUSTRY PERCEPTION.
In a crowded, competitive and cut-throat market, two ambitious estate agents were looking to escape the mundane and pack a punch in the ever changing housing market. As a fresh new start-up, Made wanted to hit the ground running by offering a different perspective to their competition. Our approach focussed on a strategy that engaged not only the locals, but an audience beyond Hastings who may be looking to relocate to the sea-side town.
The creative concept represents the foundation of the home, alongside a visual cue to the processes undertaken when selling or buying a house. An approach that builds intrigue, whilst offering a clear visual differential to the competition.
The visual brand identity takes inspiration from all its surroundings, from the frequent use of colour on houses, to the interior design styles often seen within homes in the town. A strategic approach that connects with the target audience, whilst communicating specialism and knowledge of the area.

Design forms a big part of what makes up Made’s DNA. It was important to sustain a high quality finish through every touchpoint. From the moment a customer walks through the door, to the moment they complete on a purchase. Made’s experience is consistent, and memorable at every stage.
CELEBRATING HASTINGS, THE PEOPLE AND THE BEST IT HAS TO OFFER.
As part of our continued collaboration, we constantly push where the Made brand can be seen, applied and engaged with. We have created sales packs, brochures, newspaper adverts and a website, along with a z-fold map that highlights the top 10 places to check out in the town. Designs convey quality and craft, whilst showcasing the service and expertise Made have to offer.

Being a new start up, we were hungry to achieve big results, and change the shape of the common stereotypical estate agency. We needed creatives who understood that we wanted to challenge, and lead from the front. Not just follow the crowd.
