Riverdale Global find themselves in a fierce and varied industry. Although a major player, they wanted to establish a campaign that would hit the mark and communicate their new data driven software to visitors at the biggest show in the industries calendar, NPE 2018. A campaign that would not only differentiate and engage, but also demonstrate their knowledge, and depth to their offering.
To create a campaign that demonstrates Riverdale Global’s human approach and to entice visitors to open conversation. The solution on offer from Riverdale Global measures real time company-wide colourant data that tracks colour matches, orders, and material usage by machine, operator, job or facility with full traceability of every component. Such a complex offering required a simple approach. With this in mind the GlobalBot was born. A friendly, helpful, and intelligent brand companion that helps to communicate the key message directly to the end user. A creative style focussed on the digital offering that also included a campaign hashtag to generate social media engagement throughout the event and beyond.
The creation of the GlobalBot was designed to feed into all campaign communications, whether print, animation or the physical form, where it would be instrumental in telling the story and delivering the message. This was brought to life even more so with the creation of the campaign tagline, ‘It’s not just automated, it’s personal’. A message that underpins the superior offering from Riverdale Global, and the approach they take to their valued customer base.
GlobalBot has since been adopted further, and is now part of the wider Riverdale Global family where it has become instrumental in delivering the communication for their data driven software, GlobalTracker as well as their customer service excellence.
NPE 2018, the industries most premier event only comes around every three years. An event that draws the crowds from far and wide. The campaign creative was explored through a variety of channels including exhibition stand design, print and digital application, iconography and animation. All of which were brought to life by the GlobalBot.

Originally developed for a premiere industry trade show, GlobalBot has since transcended into how we can best communicate our customer service excellence and industry innovation to the marketplace.
