The Paralysis Center at Massachusetts General Hospital are world leaders in their field. A team who specialise in improving the lives of patients who have lost function due to paralysing injury such as, stroke, spinal cord and brachial plexus injury. With such a groundbreaking practice and unique story, it was time to create a digital marketing strategy to tell the world that the treatments people could only dream of being possible, could actually be made real.

After a credentials pitch and having built up a strong relationship with the key members at the Center, our team were tasked to devise an awareness strategy through the use of digital media. Our goal was to drive a large number of quality leads to the existing practice’s website, resulting in not only more awareness being created, but an increase in enquiries and engagement coming through.

Our strategic approach to answering the brief revolved around looking at how to effectively target the right audience, through a variety of avenues. Our goal was to not only drive people to the site through paid search, but to also capture them organically. This included PPC campaigns, website SEO, design tweaks to their platforms, email newsletters and social media production to name but a few.
