The Brief:
Made is an estate agent with big ambitions, and lots of industry know-how. The requirement was to create an identity that would set them apart and set them up for long-term success. A brand, which not only challenges and shakes up perceptions, but one that has a personality to fall in love with.

The Challenge:
Fundamentally, this was clear! Made was brand new, a blank canvas, venturing into the saturated world of estate agency. From the outset, Made aimed to offer a tailored human approach that was actually worth it, and with this confidence they needed a brand to visually align. With the strategic objectives set, an identity that celebrated Hastings’ vibrant, seaside charm, whilst also attracting “out-of-towners” looking to relocate was needed to turn heads on the high street, and back roads around the town. A compelling visual and verbal story that would resonate, making Hastings not just a place to live, but a place to love.
