Our task was to distil all offerings into one clear, compelling story, rethinking tone, structure, and visual alignment to ensure the brand stood out confidently at one of the world's largest trade shows.

We packed our bags and flew out from the UK to the States for the NPE trade show; one of the key events in the industry's global calendar. What made the trip even more memorable was the fact we surprised our client who had no idea we were visiting. Their reaction was priceless, and for us, it was a chance to show just how much we value the relationships behind the work. We’re not just in this to deliver great design, we’re in it to build trust, connection, and partnerships, and this one, now nearly a decade old! Being there in person, showing up unannounced (in the best way), and sharing that moment reminded us why we do what we do.
