The brief centred around creating a seamless brand experience, with the website as the core application - an inviting digital front door that would showcase Sanctum London’s unique serviced apartments. Another key focus was leveraging authentic photography to bring the brand to life. We needed to capture the essence of three distinct locations, highlighting not just the interiors, but also the surrounding local charm that make each spot so special. This visual storytelling was essential to connect with potential guests, and give them a true sense of what makes Sanctum feel like a home away from home.

The aim was to create a consistent, high-end feel that still kept the charm and personality of each space, whilst building a visual identity that could flex beautifully across all touchpoints.

They conducted in person meetings and collaborated with team members at every level, from front desk and reservations, to the General Manager and Director ensuring a well-rounded and informed approach to the project. The new website was successfully launched in mid-2022, and we are extremely pleased with the final result. Dan and Matt remained engaged throughout the entire process, from concept to completion."
